For cancellation and booking, these are our general terms.

Please find the below cancellation and booking policy for your reference.

Bookings at GoDisha 

GoDisha offers you variety of Travel Products which suits everyone’s requirement. Select the tour as per your preference and visit our Mumbai or Thane Offices. Or we can even send GoDisha‘s representative to you for collection of Booking Form, copies of Id Proof and Registration Amount.

Changes in Pre-defined Tour Programme: 

Kindly intimate the booking person in advance for any amendment in tour programme so that the necessary arrangements can be made. As per the amendments, additional charges would be applicable.

  

Cancellations 

In case due to unavoidable circumstances you need to cancel the tour, kindly give an application in writing or mail the same within specified time limit.

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy and the number of days left for the tour departure.

The fewer the number of days, higher will be the cancellation charges.

Cancellation Policy 

The written application for cancellation has to be submitted to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated herein.

  • More than 60 days - Registration Amount
  • 60-30 Days 25% of Tour Cost
  • 29-20 Days 55% of Tour Cost
  • 19-10 Days 75% of Tour Cost
  • Less than 10 days  100% of Tour Cost

 

  

Mode of Payment 

Payments can be made through local ‘Account payee’ Cheque, Cash, NEFT, RTGS or Cash deposited in the account of SHREEDISHA Travels PVT LTD

Overwriting on Cheque is not allowed as per RBI rule.

After making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sending scanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal details.

Refund Policy 

  • Registration fee is non refundable.
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the guest.
  • Refund may take minimum 15 to 30 working days.
